When was the last time you had a good laugh at yourself?
2 Answers Published 1 year, 9 months ago in My life.I went to visit my Mum in Burwood on Tuesday night and she was in her backyard watering the garden with my brother. I went out the back to say hello. She has a garden setting with some of the really old fold out aluminium chairs that have a canvas seat and backing. I gave her a quick kiss on the cheek and said hi to my brother and then went to sit down.
WHAM! I went straight through the chair and ended up with my head alongside my knees and stuck fast with my ass through the chair. My brother tried to pull me up, but I was stuck fast. After the initial shock we laughed untill our bellies ached. My bro eventually had to roll me over and push me out.

Ben Harpers CD “Both sides of the gun” rocks!!! Also, check out Irishman Damien Rice!
0 Comments Published 1 year, 9 months ago in Entertainment.I have been listening to alot of Ben Harper lately. His latest album is a two cd set. One is very mellow (good background music) and the other is very upbeat, but with a touch of anger. Check it out!
Also got told by a friend to have a listen to Damien Rice. Google him. Great talent, with amazing diction, who can tell a story through his songs.
Anyone know of any hot new music talent?
I just hit 170 comments. Woohoo! How many does everyone else have?

5 Comments Published 1 year, 9 months ago in Making News. The new intiative by the government to get everyone using energy efficient light bulbs is a good one, but surely the “brains” of Australia have many, many more ways to look after the environment.
*Cheaper ways to recycle grey water. There are systems that can be bought at the moment that re-direct shower and washing machine water into gardens, but they are expensive and there is no rebate. We shouldn’t need to use “clean water” in the garden at all.
* Surely someone can invent a “super” battery that runs cars virtually emission free.
The government should have been ten years ahead of the global warming crisis, instead of chasing its tale at this late a stage. I’m sure there are heaps of people out there with ideas. Please come forward.
NEWSFLASH! It takes more face muscles to frown than it does to smile!
